"I was greeted at the door by Jonathan and welcomed to his office. We sat and discussed my current policy that I had for my home and my vehicles. Jonathan listened and responded with answers to all my questions. We compared my present policies with what State Farm had to offer. We looked at ways to save where I had concerns. I was impressed with the way that he was able to add and/or delete items that were either necessary or could be eliminated, for cost saving. Jonathan was able to show how his company compared with other agencies and was able to "win me over". I did sign with State Farm and I look forward to, hopefully, never having to file any claims. "I was paying $68 for the minimum, my daughter was paying $230 for full coverage (separate insurance companies). I added her to a quote that I got & we're paying now paying $170 for both vehicles together. I most definitely will be sending people your way. Mr Law: I appreciate & have mass deep respect for you. The way you handle business (chef kiss). You only called 2 times last Friday (not like most - harassing me all day). You're patience is like an old soul. You made sure that I understood what I was not only getting but also broke it down via text (so convenient for us). "Thank you, Jonathan, Law, Haley and Cheryl! I had paperwork, BUREAUCRATIC paperwork troubles with the DMV from the previous state I lived in. This went on, back and forth, for months. It was with the help of the fine people at this State Farm agency that it was finally resolved. Let me tell you, it took numerous calls to the DMV, and back and forth with all-y'all at SF and nobody gave up helping me. This was the biggest, most frustrating issue with the DMV and thanks to Jonathan and his associates! If I could give more than 5 stars for their diligence and customer service I would."
